Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required prior to cancelling a PT session allowing it to be offered to another client. Less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of that session. In the event of the trainer needing to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, a free session will be offered by way of compensation along with the re-scheduling of cancelled session.
Running Courses
If a scheduled run needs to be cancelled unexpectedly, an alternative session will be arranged.
Unfortunately failure to complete a course will not result in a refund.
Privacy
Client confidentiality is taken very seriously and all data pertaining to any client is locked away or password protected in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
