Through personal training I help clients achieve their health and fitness goals enabling them to lead happier and healthier lifestyles.
By providing bespoke personal programmes of exercise and expert advice regarding nutrition, I can fully support you in achieving your goals.
Personal training provides you with the professional expertise you need to improve your cardiovascular health, flexibility, mobility, strength, posture, endurance, balance and coordination dependent on the individuals goals. Programmes are bespoke and adapted to ensure progression through continual monitoring.
Sessions are efficient and effective, designed to get maximum results in minimum time and there will always be a focus on having fun!
One-to-one sessions are 1 hour long and are offered in my privately owned and equipped fitness room or online via Zoom. I can also offer outdoor training in parks and in-home training within a 15 minute radius of Warlingham.

Package includes an initial consultation (available with first purchase only), a tailored programme, and a 60-minute in-person coaching session to guide the client through the full routine. This ensures they can confidently follow the programme at home or in a gym for a 6-8 week period. Ongoing contact and support from me are provided throughout.
Payment is to be received in full at least 1 week prior to start of training.
