About Me

My passion for exercising, keeping my body strong and leading a healthy lifestyle has only increased as I have aged. 17 years ago, as a teenager with a bedroom resembling a home gym and a part time role as a gym instructor whilst studying to the present day, a qualified personal trainer and a run leader with England Athletics.

I did however deviate from the health and fitness industry in between… 11 years working for a pharmaceutical company and a 6 year break whilst I had my children, have shown me how tricky it can be to fit in your training whilst travelling on business each week, or when you have been up 10 times in the night trying to settle your teething baby before having to spend all of the following day pacifying said baby and entertaining a very energetic toddler!

These years taught me that it’s even more important to find some time to look after your health and keep fit, which provided the driving force behind me creating Fit4Life, enabling me to help others lead fitter and healthier lifestyles. With continual ongoing training, I strive to keep up to date within the health and fitness industry, expanding my knowledge base enabling me to provide my clients with the very best experience possible.
